Allan has double degrees in actuary and information system from Melbourne University. He is the vice president of Economic & Trade Promotion Association of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. His other roles include the executive director of ZRHT Yuhuangyan Group, and the speaker for the media summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
